1. Must be a fan of Blues in either his EXE form or his original form.

2. Give me your country. A real country. Or else you're not added.

3. No aliases that derive from the Rockman fandom (i.e.: Anime Fangirl.EXE), or even ones with numbers. If you submit an invalid name, I shall rename you as "Billy Bob or something worse.

4. Don't need to have a site, but must have a valid e-mail address.

5. If you have a site, add up the code in a week. I won't list your site if you don't.

6. No porn, XXX, racism, hate, or any type of website inappropriate to younger audiences. If you submit these types of sites, I won't list your site.
